BMA Saraji

HSE www.hsemining.com.au was recently awarded a 5 year prestripping contract by BMA at the Saraji Minesite, located in the Bowen Basin in Central Queensland. Saraji is located 60kms south east of Moranbah approximately 200kms south west of Mackay.

While on site employees are accommodated in high standard accommodation at the nearby town of Dysart.

The prestripping operation involves the annual excavation of 42M bcm's of overburden ahead of the client's coal mining operations.  HSE has mobilised a number of new excavator and truck fleets to the site, and is focussed on providing safe and efficient work environment on the site. HSE currently has 340 employees on the site.
